GIRLS SUMMER BASKETBALL SHOOTING LEAGUE
GRADES 1st-8th
July 20th- July 24th
Teams of 3 players will compete in competitive games of shooting. Each player will shoot for 90 seconds per quarter while their teammates rebound for them. The teams will alternate shooters until all six players have shot. The game will consist of 4 quarters with the team making the most shots winning.
Games will start each night at 5:30 p.m. Each team will play two games each night back to back. Schedule will be sent on July 16th. Rules to be posted shortly.
Teams will be placed in the following divisions: 1st/2nd grade; 3rd/4th grade; 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade. RIMS WILL BE LOWERED FOR 1st-4th grade.
Minimum of 10 games will be played with extra games Thursday and Friday for playoffs.
Team awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age bracket.
Indiviual awards for most shots made total in league play and in one game for each age bracket.
Cost is $10 per player, the deadline to register is July 13th.
Players can register indivually to be placed on a team, or as a team. If registering as a team, please note your teammates in the sign up form.
