FAST FEET Speed and Agility Camp

July 27th-july 31st

We will be hosting our FAST FEET Speed and Agility camp at Winnebago School in Bloomingdale.

Camp will run each night from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Campers will be divided by age group and will receive:

Option to attend camp via live stream

Personal practice/workout plan

One free private workout*

Drill sheets to improve speed and agility

Sport specific drill sheet for each individual

Times and test results from camp drills

Camp t-shirt

Several local varsity players will be helping as instructors during our camp as part of our Youth Coaching Initiative.

The camp will focus on:

Straight line speed

Lateral speed and agility

Fast Feet for any sport

Camp cost is $30 and the deadline to register is July 13th.
